F R A N K   K.   N.   L E E
ASSISTANT INVESTIGATOR

C U R R E N T  R E S E A R C H / I N T E R E S T S

My current responsibilities include coordinating the validation, operation and compliance of the Biologics Production Facility (BPF). The CU/LICR Partnership BPF is a cGMP compliant facility dedicated to the production of recombinant protein immunotherapeutics for use in early human clinical trials.

My previous research activities in the Ludwig laboratory included the expression and purification of a humanized Fab molecule from E. coli and Pichia pastoris, and expression and purification of an scFv (single-chain antibody) molecule from E. coli.
